Veterinary Nurse Course

Coming up… PUPPY CLASSES WORKSHOP FOR VETERINARY NURSES The Institute, which has always promoted education as the best means of raising the standard of dog ownership and care; has been successfully running two, one week residential instructional techniques courses since 1975. For many new puppy owners, classes offered by veterinary surgeries are the most important part of their own and their puppies’ education. What is learnt at this early stage, influences the behaviour of all the family for the lifetime of the dog and any subsequent dogs owned. Recognising the importance of these classes, the Institute is organizing, for the second year a workshop aimed at veterinary nurses who run puppy classes/parties, and would like to extend their knowledge of class structuring and content. THE DAY WILL CONSIST OF PRACTICAL CLASS SITUATIONS AS WELL AS OPPORTUNITIES FOR DISCUSSION.
